我走的路線是法國之路 Camino Francés，時間為 5月底到6月底，32天走 779 公里。這個時間點的氣候還不至於炎熱，也不會太冷

長達10公里的陡下坡

下坡路途中有各種破碎的路面，真的很難走
請慢行，務必小心摔倒、扭傷、滑倒

Molinaseca

這城市最大亮點是有條河流，許多遊客在兩岸泡腳、玩水、日光浴
我在這裡吃午餐、去河邊泡腳，休息太久，導致我在下午三點的大太陽下從 Molinaseca 走去 Ponferrada，這段路挺無聊的，大部分是緊緊走在汽車公路旁的人行道上

這個城堡曾經是聖殿騎士團在此地區的總部，在西班牙境內留存至今的聖殿騎士團所屬城堡已經為數不多
聖殿騎士團

在中世紀存在了近兩個世紀，由最強大的西方基督教軍事組織組成。
該部隊於 1129 年得到羅馬天主教會的認可，並迅速壯大了該國最熟練的戰士的力量。在教會的支援下，隨著捐款的增加，他們甚至建立了一個銀行系統，擁有財務實力。
聖殿騎士以兇猛的戰士而聞名，他們保護教會，也為歐洲君主和貴族提供保護
在他們的巔峰時期，人們認為該組織多達 2萬人
因其富可敵國，也成為了法國國王的大債主，謠傳這是他們被解散和屠殺的原因
1312 年，聖殿騎士團被解散

1178年，Leon 的國王建造此城堡給聖殿騎士團，他們在此地的任務之一是保護在 Camino de Santiago 行走的朝聖者
800多年前由聖殿騎士團建造的原始建築體留存至今的部分已經不多了
今天現在看到城堡已經經歷一系列擴建、改建，大部分來自14到15世紀，彼時聖殿騎士團已經被解散

The Old Castle or Castillo Viejo is built from the 14th to the 16th centuries at the hands of different lords who leave their mark with their coats of arms. During the 15th century the 1st Count of Lemos erects the New Palace (Palacio Nuevo), where the interior courtyard and a number of different rooms on different levels are visible.

聖殿騎士團 - 維基百科，自由的百科全書

聖殿騎士團（法語：Ordre du Temple）或神廟騎士團，正式全名為「基督和所羅門聖殿的貧苦騎士團」（拉丁語：Pauperes commilitones Christi Templique Solomonici），是存在於中世紀的天主教軍事修士會，乃三大騎士團之一[4]。其成員稱為「聖殿騎士」[5]，而高級成員則獲許穿著騎士團標誌性的繪有紅色十字之白色長袍。
